All our items carry a 30 day money back guarantee. We're confident you'll be very happy with anything you purchase, but if for some reason we do not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days.(Shipping and handling fees are not rufundable.) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our top priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We DO ship outside the US to Australia, Canada, and the UK only at this time. Order must be over $200. The check out cart will automatically add $78 shipping fee to your order. This is the fee for 1 large box, if we need to ship your items in more than 1 box we will contact you for your approval to add the additional shipping fees. We charge you the actual shipping fee that we are charged. We ship through the US Post Office/Your local Post as we have determined this is most cost effective for the customer. You may have duty fees on your end. We do all we can on our end to minimize these fees for you. The duty fees are paid by you once the package is delivered to you. Free shipping coupon and offers never apply to international orders. Canada shipping fees may be less. We will credit your card once we have the actual charges if the fee is less.

Ordering on line is EASY, QUICK and SAFE. We would like you to know your information is safe with us. All orders are secured with standard ssl encryption. In addition We ask only for the information we need to process your order. When you give us your information it remains only with us. We do not "sell" or "trade" this information with anyone, nor do we use this information to try to sell you more products later. We appreciate your business and we respect your security concerns and your privacy.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard,American Express, discover and checks. It is very safe to use your credit card on line, however we realize many internet users may still be hesitant. In addition to on line ordering credit card holders may also order by telephone or fax.

All Hawaii and Alaska packages (except switchplates) are shipped UPS and will incur up to an additional $100.00 in shipping fees. Comforters and lamps tend to drive the ship fees up due to the size of the box.



RETURNS

All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging and original condition free of perfumes, aroma of any kind including smoke. Any items returned in this condition will be refused as they will not pass the inspection process and no refund will be given. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending your package back. Any orders returned without this number will be refused. This helps us to process your request promptly upon receiving it. We do not reimburse for shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 5%/return/ restocking fee.( to recoup the credit card fees) Please be aware that larger returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders refused for any reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Custom signs are not returnable for any reason. Orders shipped and redirected due to incorrect or imcomplete addresses will be charged the redirect service fee.

HOLIDAY DECOR AND ORNAMENTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. CUSTOM SIGNS AND CUSTOM BEDDING INCUDING CUSTOM SIZED BEDDING IS NOT RETURNABLE.

TAX

Sales taxes are charged only for shipments to California addresses and charged at the prevailing rate.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

Your order will be shipped UPS or small items ship USPS. Most orders are shipped within 1-7 business days. Packages with incorrect addresses or missing addresses will be charged the redirect UPS fees. ** All Hawaii and Alaska packages (except switchplates) are shipped UPS and will incur up to an additional $100.00 in shipping fees. Comforters and lamps tend to drive the ship fees up due to the size of the box.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS should you input your address incorrectly and/or your package needs to be redirected you will be charged the adjusted amount.



Please note that all SWITCHPLATE ONLY orders will be adjusted to a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.
